Tickets & camping

Tickets and camping bookings are sold and fulfilled by our third-party partners, not by Emley Moor Tractor Pulling Events directly. Their own terms, refund policies, and conditions of entry apply to those bookings.

Entering as a puller

By submitting a “Book to Pull” entry, you confirm that:

• The information you've provided about yourself and your tractor is accurate
• You will compete safely and follow event officials' instructions at all times
• You take part at your own risk

Submitting an entry does not guarantee a place — entries are reviewed and approved at our discretion, and we may decline or withdraw an entry at any time (for example, for safety reasons).

Passes

Once approved, your pass will be emailed to you as a PDF with a QR code. Please bring it (printed or on your phone) to the gate — it may be checked before you're allowed to compete.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
