Who we are
Emley Moor Tractor Pulling Events (“we”, “us”) runs tractor pulling events at Emley Moor, Huddersfield. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law.
What we collect
When you submit a “Book to Pull” entry, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Details about your tractor (name, make & model, weight/competition class)
- Your club or team name, if provided
- An optional photo of your tractor
- Any additional notes you choose to include
We do not collect payment information — ticket and camping bookings are handled entirely by our third-party ticketing and camping providers, who have their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
We use your entry details to:
- Review and approve (or reject) your entry to an event
- Email you a pass, including a QR code, once approved
- Verify your pass at the event gate
- Contact you about your entry if we need more information
Who we share it with
Your entry is stored with our content platform, Sanity, and emails are sent via Resend. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, other than event staff who need to verify passes at the gate.
How long we keep it
We keep entry details for as long as needed to run the event they relate to, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, contact us using the details on our booking pages.
